Intl. collaboration required to pass post-pandemic recession

TEHRAN – The secretary-general of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)’s Iranian Committee has said cooperation among international organizations is needed for the private sectors of the countries to survive the post-pandemic recession.

Speaking at the 36th Conference of the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) in Melbourne, Australia, Mohammad Khazaei emphasized the role of the private sectors in the post-pandemic era, especially in getting out of recession and resolving issues like poverty, and unemployment.

As reported by the portal of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) on Tuesday, Khazaei stressed cooperation among international organizations such as CACCI and ICC for facilitating the transfer of knowledge and providing appropriate platforms and mechanisms as well as a safe business environment for the private sectors of the countries to play their crucial role.
